ITIL Foundation Exam
ITIL Foundation Exam is a multiple choice test. There are 60 minutes for the exam, and to pass it, candidate have to obtain 26 out of 40 available points. The number of questions in the exam is constance and equals 40.
There are specialised ITIL Foundation Courses preparing candidates for the final exam. Accredited courses take 3 days and are followed by the exam. During the training candidates learn about various ITIL processes and relationships between them. Materials are always delivered by the trainer before the course and it is highly recommended to learn all of them at least once before the exam.
